Cherry Crest

Clyde Hill

Clyde Hill, with an enrollment of 661 students, posts a 9/10 GreatSchools rating. The school rates “above average” compared to other schools in Washington, in terms of student performance and year-over-year academic achievement. Notably, Clyde Hill scored a 10/10 in test scores.


Eastgate Elementary has 443 students and an overall GreatSchools rating of 8/10. Like many elementary schools in Bellevue, Eastgate is ethnically diverse, providing an opportunity for students from different cultures to interact. Eastgate provides excellent support for low-income students, with test scores for these students ranking above the state average.


Enatai Elementary has an enrollment of 544 students and a 6/10 overall GreatSchools rating. Test scores and student progress are two of this school’s strengths, along with math/English/science comprehension. Newport Heights

Newport Heights’ 624-student enrollment is slightly above the median for Bellevue elementary schools. Newport Heights posts a 7/10 overall GreatSchools score.

Phantom Lake

Phantom Lake has one of the smaller enrollments in Bellevue, with 400 students attending. The school excels at test scores and student year-to-year progress, with an 8/10 GreatSchools score in both. Phantom Lake is also one of the area’s most ethnically-diverse schools. Its overall GreatSchools rating is 7/10.


With 709 students enrolled, Somerset is one of the Bellevue School District’s largest elementary schools. It has an 8/10 overall Greatschools Rating, including a 10/10 in test scores. This means that Somerset’s test scores are far above the state average, implying that most students are performing at or above grade level.


Of Bellevue elementary school reviews, Spiritridge has the highest with a perfect 5-star rating based on 20 reviews. Enrollment is 614. Spiritridge rates an 8/10 in terms of year-to-year student progress, and the school’s math, science, and English proficiency are well above the state average.
