Lisa has been in the Real Estate industry for the past 20+ years. The first Real Estate Investment opportunity Lisa had was in West Seattle in 1989. The property was rehabbed and converted into a legal duplex, which then rented for positive cash flow. This is where her real estate experienced began and it continues today utilizing experience and education over the past two decades.
